Liked: It was good value and a good stop off location on our trip. The pool was a nice extra.
Disliked: The male receptionist didn’t appear very welcoming. I had booked two rooms, one for my family of four and one for my parents. He only gave me one room card for a standard double room and I had to explain what I had booked and needed. Although there were six of us stood waiting. My parent’s room had crumbs all over the bed and dirty socks on the floor. This was bought to the attention of the male receptionist, who just rolled his eyes and didn’t even apologise or offer an alternative.

Disliked: We did not stay at this hotel as it was certainly not what was advertised on your website. When we pulled into their parking lot and saw the hotel. We went in to see the rooms and hotel before we even took out our luggage. Definitely not comparable with any of the hotels we have stayed at during this vacation or previous vacations that we have booked thru booking.com. It was dirty and run down. We cancelled and got a refund. Stayed elsewhere that night.
