Liked: The front desk staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my sister and I during our stay. The shuttle drivers stopped at a grocery store for us so we could get a few things we forgot.
Disliked: Would have given a higher score but the rooms are not just tired, they look worn. Room was clean as it could be.

Exceptional

Liked: People make the difference during any hotel stay. Everyone was nice and exceptional people. Two who stood out are Rene and Frank. They delivered the personal kind of service I enjoyed. I'll be back for another relaxing week.

Paid for a service that...

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Paid for a room with 2 double beds and was given a room with one queen for 3 people. Talked to a woman named Kilter at the front desk who said Booking.com over booked and they had no rooms with double beds. I asked for a roll away bed or a second room so we could sleep 3 people and was told no. She said to call booking.com and request a refund, which I did but when booking.com called the hotel to confirm no one at the front desk would answer. Booking.com failed to try again so I paid for 2double beds but only received 1 queen and had to sleep on the floor that night. Will never use Booking.com again or another property by Windham.
