Liked: The bed was sooo comfortable and the towels extra thick!
Disliked: I like to have a nice outdoor area. That was something that had to be compromised given this particular location (next the freeway and to a busy street).

Liked: Very good continental breakfast. Facility very clean and comfortable. Could walk to restaurants
Disliked: Closet doors broken, hole in wall in BR, toilet back unstable -- some shoddy workmanship, cut too many corners in construction?

Disliked: I wanted print out sth, the computer didn't accept USB and the Adobe app was not up to date.

Liked: Nice location from I-5 and close to SMU and stores/restaurants. Clean parking lot. Friendly staff. Nice room with the most comfortable king bed. RM 300 something. Enjoyed breakfast! Long hours for pool.
Disliked: Spa needs to be resurfaced.

Disliked: Breakfast was bad. Eggs like rubber Did not know it was pet friendly

Liked: Delicious cookies, concerned staff
Disliked: Conducting was going on. Makes getting thru the lobby not so easy,. We came late and left early so nice want an issue
