Way too over priced !

Liked: The pillows were comfy
Disliked: The location . There was no where to get food and no one delivered. We got in late traveling with my daughter’s volleyball team. The only option for food was the hotel restaurant which was a bar atmosphere. The bathroom was dirty. There were black hairs all over the tub.The faucet was almost disconnected from the wall. There was not shampoo in the bottle on the wall.

Short stay near Kansas City...

Liked: Very short shuttle ride to airport. 24 hour service which included stop at car rental facility which I needed.
Disliked: The restaurant. My medium well steak came out medium rare. So I sent it back. Instead of just a bit more cooking, they started over. It came out like shoe leather. Internet. You must pay for internet unless you sign up for they loyalty program.

Liked: I paid dor the room but when inareived the hotel was full so i never stayed in the hotel but paid for it!!!!!

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The site states there is free parking, but we were charged for each night of our stay. The shower leaked! There was a pool of water on the bathroom floor, and the cold water faucet leaked when used. The beds werent made after I left for the day.
