Passable

Liked: Location is very good.
Disliked: Breakfast is included in the price, however it was a disgrace. Not only that you are served with plastic cutlery and plates, but also the food is not something a chain like Hyatt should serve.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: One night the water shut off without warning. When we went down to the lobby the staff was kind and gave us water bottles to help us bridge the gap until morning. There also was a stain (probably mascara) on one of the clean sheets.

A fabulous place to stay...

Liked: Excellent location, close to the National Mall & Capital Building. Great breakfast and well priced guest laundry.Staff were lovely!
Disliked: Nothing!

I’ll be coming back for...

Liked: The location is fantastic, being only five minutes on foot from the National Mall. The breakfast is expansive. It’s also in a really safe part of the city owing to its proximity to the government buildings - I’ve seen the FBI, Secret Service and MPD on patrol on a regular basis! The room was very comfortable, and even with the train station, interstate and a fire station right next door, these were never really that much of an issue to me - I could hear them, but it didn’t prevent me from resting and relaxing. I can see other reviews said these were intrusive, so it might be louder on lower floors, but I was up on the 12th floor. Shower is nice and hot and has a solid water pressure - very refreshing!
Disliked: The WiFi was very unstable in areas above the ground floor and 3rd floor lobby, often losing connection and cutting out for up to 30 minutes at a time. The hotel could do with installing some range boosters to sort this out.

Great location, shoddy services

Liked: I liked it that was close to where we needed. I liked that there is free breakfast. If Ms. Jaslyn is there, I suggest working with her. She knows what she is doing. And she is amazing and nice.
Disliked: The staff do not seem to be in communication with eachother nor are they on the same page. There is valet parking that I was told theee different things about. One was that it was free, one that it was included in our hotel fee (which would make sense) and one that it was $45 additionally but nobody could get that straight. I called about a forgotten item and they said they would call me back. It has been 2 days now and I called 2 hours after we had left. The house keeping gave us dirty towels when we asked for extra and there were fruity pebbles behind our let out bed.

Liked: Location
Disliked: We were told there would be a fire drill test. Signs everywhere. There was an actual fire!!!! Drills went off but we assumed it was the test. No one came to our door to make us get out of the building.
