Disliked: I think the price for the room was outrageous. There was five of us we chose your hotel because it was close to the airport so we could be shuttled. We were told it’d be better if we just walk and push our own stuff over there and since there was five of us we were counting on the sofa bed when we opened the sofa bed, it was completely broke, the mattress was coming apart. The part that is hooked to the frame was broke off from the frame. The mattress was falling through. No one could sleep on it and we have the manager come up and look at it and ask if we could just sleep on the better half of it Instead of giving us a different room or a discounted rate. We just had to fold the bed back up and sleep on the couch. I will be coming back to the Pensacola area and I have talked with other people and they want to come to the Pensacola area but no we will not be staying at the Hyatt anymore. We thought the Hyatt would be a good hotel and the only thing good about it was it did have a good breakfast.
