Disliked: garbage in elevator. some people staying at hotel dirty

Liked: Simple hotel easy in and out. the staff was amazing and helpful. Will go back based on the staff alone. Also a great breakfast.
Disliked: The bathrooms could use a makeover.And a bit more detail to the room cleaning would go along ways. Open the curtains and let in fresh light.

Disliked: We were placed in a disability room and bed was very uncomfortable. So we asked to m9ve and walked into a new room and found the bathtub filled with dirty water and halfway full. We asked to move again into a new room only to find the toilet seat was broke. Very bad experience.

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be, stayed there before
Disliked: When I checked in the front desk person asked if I needed room cleaning on Saturday, I said yes. Then on Saturday I told the maid I was out of the room for the day and asked for a change in sheets because there was dirt in between sheets. No one changed the sheets or made up the room. I slept on the couch even though no one showed up Saturday around 3:30 pm when I called down to complain and about the dirt in sheets.Not sure but if treatment or service is not available, I will have to go elsewheres to get clean sheets. Does the hotel change the bedding after each customer or is it changed once a week? What about cleaning due to Covid it’s still out there
