Liked: Location, comfy beds, first time staying in the center of downtown and my husband loved we. We attended the street fair on Thursday and it was great.

Liked: The location was great. We loved our balcony view of the downtown area. The Staff were great and very friendly. The underground parking is ideal and very well lit.
Disliked: The a/c in our room was a bit noisy when it would turn on/off. It also didn't seem to have good air flow to the "living room" area. The water drainage in the shower was a bit slow. Remote in bedroom did not work had to take one from living room.

Liked: The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, the room was so spacious and well decorated and the pool was so peaceful and relaxing.
Disliked: It was a little pricey but that’s every hotel during a festival weekend

Liked: Location is the best feature. Price was very fair. At check in we were met by Oscar, and he was very friendly, and professional. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Housekeeping person was very helpful.
Disliked: This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. We stayed in room 306. Very in need of updating. Bathroom sink was cracked, faucets were corroded and leaked. Patio chairs were old and breaking apart and did not have cushions. We had plumbing issues day one.
