The Nikko was less expensive than other area hotels and provided top notch service, room was great, and the in room coffee was even drinkable! A tailored drum group was wonderful entertainment and our walk to the show at the Nob Hill Masonic was steep, but brief.

Liked: Quiet room; comfy bed; great shower and towels!

The hotel itself is very nice, however the room was extremely small, and "no frills". For $250 per night (w/taxes), and $45 + Tax, I know we could've done better.

Liked: Fairly comfortable.
Disliked: Too expensive for a very average, no frill room.

Liked: The reception and other staff is always friendly. The facilities are well maintained and clean.
Disliked: Only thing I can think of is the wait time for the steam room and heat sauna to heat up, I have to go in and turn them on then leave and return later.

Liked: The housekeeping would clean your room everyday no matter the time . Also the gentleman. That works in the breakfast part took time out his schedule and had the kitchen stuff to give me my favorite cheese cake and he song me happy birthday

Excellent hotel. Will absolutely stay...

Liked: Room was very clean and amenities were exceptional especially the fitness centre and pool. Also the lounge providing breakfast daily and wine and snacks in the evening was a special touch. Water bottles with filling station on each floor greatly appreciated. Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Found that the in hotel restaurant An Zu was overpriced and disappointing.
