We enjoyed our stay here.

Liked: Very clean; very comfortable bed; good amenities; large bathroom with lovely big shower; plenty of space to move; friendly, helpful and welcoming staff; great continental breakfast; good restaurant on site and more in close proximity; close proximity to California State University.
Disliked: No bath.

Staff was amazing! Rooms were very clean and elegant! Shuttle service is great, if you are choosing to stay at this wonderful property for a concert!

Disliked: Nothing negative.

Overpriced, dirty

Liked: The only thing that went well is that it was the only location with a room available during our time period. And it was quiet.
Disliked: At check in, the receptionist showed me a charge for parking. I let her know we did not need to park a car and she said she would removed the charge, but at check out the charge was still there. There was no moulding around the front door, so wind was whistling through, and the parking lot was visible. The mirrors in the bathroom were dirty, and there was hair in the shower. It was very over priced and the photos did not accurately depict the situation.

Don’t plan on sleeping at...

Liked: Good location right off the Highway 1.
Disliked: The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. You can hear people’s conversations in the next room and outside clearly. If you are on the first floor be prepared to hear every time someone walks around on the second floor.

Not somewhere I’d go back...

Liked: The room was quite big and, given the location, relatively quiet. We could park right outside our room.
Disliked: This motel has seen better days : the decor was old, very dark and well used. I didn’t like having to acknowledge numerous and possible charges on my arrival before I was given the room key eg: sign off on understanding that had I opened one of the small boxes of water in the room I would be charged $5!! There were more ….The strong smell of industrial cleaning fluid in the room was a little overwhelming.

Liked: It was so cute and great location. We also loved the pool
Disliked: Housekeeping didn't clean all the trash from the past guest.

Motel not Hotel

Liked: Location. Pool was pretty. Desk employees were nice.
Disliked: Broken wi-fi disconnected every 15 minutes. Zero USB ports, bring your chargers with you! Lumpy nasty old pillows. No chairs to sit in to watch TV or put on your shoes. Desk chair only. Just a high bed in the middle of an empty room. With a perfect empty spot were chair or couch should go like in the actual hotel pictures. Sink in bathroom at chest level- just weird, like a sink placed on top of the counter instead of in the counter. Turn the water on and it overshot the sink bowl into floor. Low water pressure in shower could hardly get soap off. $5 small boxed water? $5 for 1 water?! $25 per day to park in tiny parking spots.
