Liked: Not too much but the location
Disliked: Staff at the front desk was very disappointing . Spoke with 2 different people at the desk one was very low speaking and robot acting the other was a smart ass .. charged $12 a night to parking at the hotel . Pricing was just stupid! $3 for this 15 for that and so on and hard to understand and they couldn’t explain it good enough for this 58 year old man to comprehend and they didn’t care ! Doors slammed all night and car horns blowing in the parking deck because it’s so small people don’t want to hit each other when they are going to the next floor .We got very little rest due to all the noise . Pools look unkept in fact my grandson picked up pink eye or a virus from the pool against my better judgment they had to get in !! Uggg Make your family happy spend an other $100 elsewhere, and hope for a vacation of pleasure.

Disliked: No fruit available, beds hard, sliding doors stuck, couldn’t see the ocean view as I paid for, room wasn’t wiped down enough, coffee machine rusted out, check in took 45min and other check ins did too, one elevator too long waiting to get off and on the floorTube water was too dirty to enter you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while

Disliked: Sink had food trapped in it because the sink smelled horrendous. Slow and broken elevators

Disliked: I didn’t know about the extra cost at check in and $150 hold on my card. The sink was clogged the first use of just washing our hands.

Disliked: Everywhere in the hotel everybody was smoking marijuana so bad that it was coming through the door into my room went to front desk to complain about it at first they were not willing to do nothing about it till I made a big deal about it security had to come up there to smell my room before they were able to accommodate me very unprofessional had my kids there to see the lack of professional with your staff at the front desk and to had to deal with all that marijuana
