Hotel was in a great location but we were charged twice by the hotel for one night due to some sort of error with the credit card machine. This charge caused overdraft fees on my account that the hotel did not care about or fix. Nor apologetic in any way.

Disliked: Prices were hiked up for the cheer competition weekend. I looked for the same room the next weekend after competition and the prices were significantly lower. It’s really a shame that this hotel charged me over 500 dollars a night for basically a regular room with some amenities like a refrigerator. Due to hardly any other options available nearby the cheer competition, I was forced to pay over 1700 dollars for 3 nights. I even booked this way in advance.That’s kinda shameful considering Homewood Suites are not a 5 star hotel but charged me like they are. I will not stay here again due to the price hike. However, your staff were very nice and helpful.
