Great stay, will definitely stay...

Liked: Rooms were ever nice and clean. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious.

We enjoyed our restful stay...

Liked: We loved everything about our stay in Charlottesville! Most notably, the lady taking care of the breakfast service was outstandingly caring. She took the time to talk with guests and went the extra mile to take plates and clear tables. We were absolutely the most relaxed on our trip in the Homewood Suites. Everything was as intuitive and cozy as could be.
Disliked: A hot tub? The hotel was amazing. Nothing to improve for such a great price. Maybe just keeping a more well trained staff for checkin. Everyone is struggling with staffing lately, though.

Liked: Went to the hotel at 3:00 and my room was not ready but Barbie and Anna did everything they can for me and and my family.
Disliked: I called in an hour early but was told I can’t but to wait to 3. 3 o’clock came and was still not ready.Finally Barbie and Anna made it happen for us.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: They left cleaning equipment out in the hallway, left a maintenance fan running 24 hours near our room. The outside cushions and furniture were very worn and needed replacement now.
