All special needs people kids...

Liked: The breakfast was good the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had to wait almost two hours after I arrived before being able to get a room after I had reservations for months. I don't like that I was told that they usually don't accommodate special requests because I have a special needs child and requested ground level room or on the first floor. Which was also put in months in advanced when I booked. I also didn't like that there were no towels at the property after they told us all towels will be washed and put back in our rooms before we make it back to the property. We got back in close to 11 and we had no towels in the room. When I went to the desk they said they literally had no towels. When they finally got towels it was 2 in the morning. The location and area of the hotel is great. It was just these things that made my stay unpleasant but I still enjoyed my family vacation.

Disliked: I asked for housekeeping to come empty trash on 2nd day and bring more towels and coffee, and no one ever came so my room was dirty all day Saturday. The breakfast was 1/10

Liked: The breakfast was amazing. The area was very clean and smelling good. The staff kept fresh food on the bar The staff Mercedes and Jordan are amazing they made check in and out so easy
Disliked: The smell of the room was horrible. Had to go out and purchase air fragrance just to make it for the night. The water in the shower wouldn’t get hot so my family had to literally do a jump in jump out.
