Overall no complaints - the beds where a bit hard but that's just a matter of opinion. Would stay again if in the area.

Liked: Very clean; excellent staff.
Disliked: If I wanted to go towards downtown Raleigh I had to go down to the stop light and make a U-turn.

The room was nice; front desk staff was very friendly. The only problem we had was the smell of the room and the halls - it was a horrible smell!

Liked: Friendly.
Disliked: Smell.

Staycation

Liked: I like being comfortable in bed with the heat that I can control! I enjoyed taking a shower. I was able to have access to the amenities in the room, and I love being on the first floor!
Disliked: Having to turn on all the lights to put on makeup because you're near-sighted, so you don't want to sit on the bathroom cabinets because you can't see, and an up-to-date microwave.

Disliked: It would have been nice to know that the hotel was under construction before booking. A little bit pricey for that considering pool was not available.

Liked: I like the convenience.
Disliked: They were doing construction and the pool wasn't open.

I enjoyed my stay, However...

Liked: I liked being on the first floor right next to the fitness room to work out and breakfast! The room was very, very spacious, along with the huge bed!
Disliked: The microwave ruined my food! It was old, and the timer never moved to let me know when my food was done!

Liked: easy to access from the highway, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, NO BEDBUGS, smooth check in process, multiple shopping centers and restaurants
Disliked: renovations were being done so it was loud and disturbing, location during the night was a little sketchy

Enjoyed

Liked: The room is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable and a place to hang your clothes!
Disliked: Lighting is too dim for females who wear makeup!
