I wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: Clean comfortable room, great bed and pillows, good shower
Disliked: Noisy room with heavy traffic outside and heavy footsteps in room above all night, request a room at the back on top floor to avoid this. Our request to change room after our first sleepless night was refused Breakfast area dirty, employee needs food hygiene education. Cutlery stored so that it’s touched by everyone, raisin container filled with bare hands, too much touching of the food. This was pointed out to manager by other guests and rectified but the next day reverted back to same, the employee didn’t understand basic hygiene Don’t think about doing any laundry there, washer was in use all the time by people who appeared to drop by from the street to do their weekly wash
