Liked: Very clean, excellent staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The pool water was warm.
Disliked: We had a handicap room on the 3rd floor. It was waaaaaaaayyyyyyy too far to get to from the elevator. Walking is an issue for us. Also, ice and pop was only available on the 2, 4 & 6 floors. Again, inconvenient. Grandkids came to visit and use the pool. Not enough seating around the pool, and NO Hooks on the walls for bags, towels, etc. The pool water was warm, however it was a bit cloudy. The chemicals should be checked. Sounds like a lot we didn't like, but most of these are only suggestions for improvement. Those with mobility issues need to be close to elevator!
