Best stay so far

Liked: The location was quiet breakfast was good my kids really enjoyed their stay so did I
Disliked: The hot tub wasn't hot

Helpful staff, good price and...

Liked: Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast food is always good. Bed was comfortable and clean!
Disliked: Coffee is not the best. Water pressure is low in show and temperature never gets over luke-warm. Also rooms are getting a bit run-down with lots of paint chips in the walls. no one has swept under the bathroom sink and there was a big crack in the shower floor.

Liked: What I like was the pool area it has a restroom close by. Also a hot tub and shower to rinse. The staff there most were very friendly and helpful. The night staff Everet was awesome he was very helpful. Room was good and clean also loved the DOVE pumps in the restroom so we didnt have to use our shower essentials
Disliked: One of the night shift staff was very rude. And you could really hear people upstairs walking around. Breakfast though alot of the food was out when we got there. Just that you have to request for room service.

Liked: Located off the freeway. Area nice and quiet. Room was nice. Indoor pool was nice
Disliked: Bathroom is a little small and the shower head sprayed water everywhere until we adjusted it. Also only 17 channels available on tv. Which sucked

Liked: Location and breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Room could have been a little cleaner.

Passable

Liked: I thought I was booking a suite with 3 beds, that would accommodate 5 adults. I was disappointed that for the price, it had 2 beds a sleeper sofa with no bedding at all!
