Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. They consistently met, through their professionalism any anticipated problem, since our arrival was late, this hotel was very accommodating and made sure our room was ready. Breakfast was excellent! Wifi, parking great!
Disliked: Had a great experience at this hotel! No complaints!

Overall, we were very disappointed....
Liked: Good, safe & convenient location. Grounds & hotel interior are well kept & clean. iHop is right there.
Disliked: The room way extremely overpriced for the amenities it offered. There was no microwave in the room. The coffee pot in the room was a joke. There were no extras as far as shower/personal hygiene items. For instance, I needed a shower cap but this hotel doesn't offer the little extras. The lighting in the room was too dim. The tv remote was hard to figure out and there were no instructions on how to connect to YouTube, Netflix, etc. For the price we paid for our room, we should've had many more amenities. I will never stay here again. For the same price, we could've stayed at the luxury Callway Resort & Spa that offers such amenities & MORE! The front desk staff were also very unfriendly. I never saw any of them smile the entire stay.

Liked: The room are big, very clean and bed are very comfortable.
Disliked: It says that the pool is heated which is not true. We booked this hotel especially for the heated pool and we were dispointed. The breakfast is really not of good quality.

Liked: Good hot breakfast.
Disliked: They are remodeling, it's dusty and it did not help my allergies. I got sick. They should warn the customers at the time of the reservation, not for the customer to be surprised with the "pardon the inconvenience" because then it's too late.
