It’s ok (ish)

Liked: Room was a good size and beds comfortable. The hotel had some sort of refresh.
Disliked: The refresh is surface level. Walls have that old hotel look and texture. Bathrooms are dated. Lightning is abysmal.The breakfast is very, very modest and of not great quality: apples, some packs of instant oatmeal, plain bagels, some cellophane wrapped pastries, eggo waffles, boxed cereal, sliced bread and yogurts. If you pay extra ($10 for 2) you get access to some sad looking bacon and eggs. I think this is relatively new because our older booking covered us all (5) but new bookings only offer hot breakfast for 2 for an extra charge on Booking.com. Considering this is never a particularly cheap hotel the extra charge feels of poor taste.

Liked: Breakfast was nice, beds were comfortable. It was clean and was in a great location
Disliked: If you say you have 5 guest they should make sure you have enough towels for them so the customer doesn't' have to walk down to get them. More staff at night

Disliked: Check-in was pretty bad. The lady working didn't know which rooms were available and also didn't know how to operate the computer. She wanted to write my debit card number down, stating that it didn't go through even after it had said approved.

Liked: Great location, very comfortable bed, very friendly staff
Disliked: Our room wasn’t clean when we got it (pubes on the toilet seat when we lifted the lid up when we first got in the room), the wallpaper was coming off in the shower due to the humidity and the corner of the ceiling in the shower needs repaired for the same reason as it was bubbling from the humidity, the pillows weren’t firm enough
