I would never recommend this...

Liked: The room was filthy, their hot tub and pool was super cold. Our light kept flickering. I have a video to prove. And their elevator inspection was expired.
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude

Liked: We were not served Breakfast! When my husband and I went for breakfast we were told that breakfast was not included. We protested and suggested that the lady checked with the receptionist but the receptionist was not at her station. By the time it was confirmed that breakfast was included in our booking it was too late because our bus back to the airport had arrived. was not se
Disliked: The general attitude of the attendant in the restaurant was not welcoming. In addition we were made to feel that we were lying when we insisted that breakfast was included in our booking. When we asked for a refund of the fees we paid for breakfast we were told that it’s not possible and was referred to our booking company. In the room there was tea and coffee but no alternative for me who do not drink either due to allergies. There were No herbal tea or drinking chocolate available.

Convenience and comfort made this...

Liked: With a frequent shuttle, it was very convenient to get to and from the Atlanta airport. The staff, on the whole, was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room layout/bathroom was a little awkward.

Liked: I love the property i am a regular visitor there and north
Disliked: This nite the air conditioning did not work it was very hot and miserable to the point I checked out at 6 am was to hot

Disliked: Fixed the air conditioner sooner, air went out and wasn’t fixed til I was checking out smh

Disliked: The rooms were disgusting. Literally found a bugIn the bathroom. The first room we had the bathroom was flooded. Also, it smelt like smoke and the walls were dirty.

Liked: Hotel was more then standard it was kind of nice! Definetly a great deal being so close to the airport, they have a much bigger restaurant/bar then may hotels. you can tell this place is well kept up.
Disliked: They automatically charge you from your deposit even if you dont have a car to park, unless you tell them you dont have a car, thats slightly unethical and seems kinda scammy, my opinion "(stop having folk pay for parking who stay there)"and as usaual this place as many other hotels the pool was not open, at the time. Also the one staff member I first encountered behind the front desk upon checkin me in at night, was kinda rushy and had a little attitude, but the other many made up for her short comings. They need better equipment for the gym, I love using hotel gyms away from home when I need too, a hotel this size should have a much better gym!
