Liked: The location. Near the beach
Disliked: Some of the staff members at the front desk were not really welcoming. In addition, when some of them answered my questions, it sounded like they were irritated.

It's hit or miss

Liked: Private terrace, private hot tub, amazing view, the warm indoor pool, the restaraunt staff are always nice
Disliked: Smelling Marijuana on the balcony everyday, the ants in the bathroom/kitchen, how hot it is in the pool room, some staff are not inviting/pleasant at all (particularly at the checkin desk at night), the broken/unusable table on balcony, the hot tub is only Luke warm, the lounge area by checking needs updating (chairs are too low and worn), the coffee place closes way too early.

Overall, we were happy with...

Liked: Ocean front with balcony, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Concierge, Uncle Frank was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! He made us feel very welcome!
Disliked: Couch was horrible, very uncomfortable. Didn’t like layout. Too dark in living room. Horrible upkeep- fingerprint smears all over elevators, food and dirt on floor and seat cushion pushed off of bench in elevator area the whole week we were there. Little things that would have shown attention given to cleanliness. Housekeeping only made one bed two times during our 7 days there. Broken screen door on balcony. Little things that make a big difference.

Disliked: No smart televisions, no integrated streaming services, craftsman ship is not the best , cracks in countertops , misaligned tiles in the bathroom ,thick caulk lines everywhere , exposed wiring in the room, sprinkler head hanging on by a thread .

Disliked: Our room was dirty, there were cheerios in between the counter and stove, then we saw cheerios on the floor in sitting room, which got me thinking, when was the last time this room was really cleaned, obviously not vacuumed! I wasn't happy, I go there because I love it there, and it is usually clean, but it led me to really wonder

Ok. Not horrible but we were seriously regretting we hadnt booked at the Double Tree across the street.

Liked: I liked the full kitchen in the room. Family liked the indoor pool and I liked the poolside bar. The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The facility is pretty outdated. The shower and tub especially. Not to mention the coffee maker which is very likely intentional since there is an onsite Starbucks kiosk. Horrible outdated coffeemaker=more business for Starbucks. The hospitality staff was extremely unhelpful and not resourceful at all. Note: if you book with booking.com DO NOT choose the room with the breakfast option. Pay onsite. There is a restaurant onsite which is pretty good. No one was able to tell me how to get the breakfast without paying out of pocket again. So I am out of over $200 because I paid for the breakfast option with booking and since I couldnt get any help with the breakfast we ended up getting breakfast on our own after paying over $100 the first morning.
