The staff was nice but...

Liked: Most of the food was barely warm and the eggs were cold. The coffee was good and the staff was great.
Disliked: The cold breakfast the ice maker was broken on my floor and there was no hot water orPressure in the shower. There was no do not disturb sign in the room and the hair drier didn’t work.

The Hilton Garden Inn is...

Liked: Everything
Disliked: I had issues with My cards being frozen for Fraud detection and it was Martin Luther King Weekend..so banks were closed on Monday. At the same time it was snowing bad. The Hilton Garden Inn, Specifically Ken, who works overnights went above & beyond as I have been staying here for the last 26 days for work purposes. I really appreciate all that Ken, and the staff who I have gotten to know..took such good care of Me. I w/ recommend this specific hotel, & I do, to everyone.SincerelySully Sullivan

Won’t stay again. Much better...

Liked: Nice location.

Very good

Liked: clean and smelled great. wonderful pool.
Disliked: website advertised hot tub, and there was none. the breakfast was not included in the stay and was $8 for my daughters bowl of dry cereal.
