Disliked: 1. A loud grinding noise came on in room 233 every 10 minutes or so that lasted approximatley 15 seconds. Couldn't get to sleep. The noise didn't stop upon departure in the morning.2. The bedside light was acting like a strobe light. I couldn't use it.3. Check-in took 20 plus minutes. Horrible.4. I was socked with an unexpected fee for my pet. The Booking.com app made no indication of extra fees associated with having a pet. That can and should be easily fixed. You are prompted for the number of rooms and the number of people in your party, why not be prompted for the number of pets?

It was a very comfortable...

Liked: It’s a beautiful quaint property, lovely location. Dinner was fabulous.
Disliked: It did not have lunch and snacks facility. Turnaround service was only on demand. Coffee etc was not refilled daily in the room unless we asked for it
