Liked: We arrived a lot earlier than we thought so we went by the hotel to see what would be the earliest we could get into our room. We walked up to the desk and asked about it and their response was we can get you in a room now if you would like. That was excellent because we had been driving since 3 am and we were exhausted. We were so grateful. Also, their breakfast was great. You can order a nice meal or their continental breakfast has everything you might want. It is really close to a lot of places in a very short amount of time.
Disliked: The pool was closed for the whole trip and the only explanation we received was "I am not sure why the gate is locked". Then a sign was put up stating it was closed until further notice. Also, we could feel the springs in the beds when we laid down to rest or at night to sleep, it was extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep.

Disliked: Parking, the parking is small and the lighting on the side was somewhat dull. Coming from a position as a mom traveling w/young children this time, that was the only negative

Liked: Very clean, fabulous staff and the room has plenty of amenities. Offering an in house Cafe/evening cocktails or dinner was convenient.
