Disliked: It would be good if toothpaste and slipper are ready in the room, that I don’t need to ask room service separately. Also, it would be good to have kettle and tea bags to be provided in the room.

Liked: We loved the location and how nice the staff was.
Disliked: I thought we booked a room included with breakfast and our room did not have the breakfast included. That was disappointing.

Phenomenal stay!

Liked: It was modern, clean, and in a perfection location. It was 15 mins from the mall and Kidzania! Great location to all restaurants and shopping. I definitely will return.
Disliked: Nothing. I didn’t have a complaint.

Liked: new facilities and all well maintained, the hotel staff is very attentive and careful with details, the hotel bar is very good, with good products and good waiters.
Disliked: I think the hotel bar is one of the biggest attractions I had at the hotel. During Thanksgiving, many restaurants were closed, but the hotel's bar and restaurant were open, which was very good for everyone present.
