Nice and hospitable!

Liked: The size of the room, the facility size and cleanliness.
Disliked: They did not have enough blankets in the room even though we pre-booked the room for seven people for the hide-a-beds and the pillows when they were brought up to the room did not have pillow cases on them.

Overall good stay. The staff...

Liked: Location is great, close to Alderwood mall,Shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes to Seattle via carpool lane.
Disliked: The pool was closed the first day of our stay. After that it was so heavily chlorinated it was hard to breath. The third day it was being filled with a hose so the water was cold. We stay with our 2 kids who want to swim as much as possible.

Liked: the breakfast is good, the crowd is overwhelmed - a good sign; maybe it can be improved to extend the hours during the busy long weekend or holiday dates.
