Liked: Where to even start .....smiles on arrival ,just what you need to see after a delayed flight! Efficient I was booked in and given my keys to get me on my way,great customer service.... I get to my room where I spend the next 4 days .... bliss clean tidy , massive bed so soft and comfy. Going down to breakfast to be greeted with smiles and joy. Great selection of food and drinks ..... location was great , walking distance to anywhere or just a short Uber ride. The team made me love Rochester even more . Thank you to you all. I had the best Christmas Eve experience.

Decent hotel but not as...

Liked: Really appreciate hot beverages accessible 24/7, and good assortment.
Disliked: Morning breakfast both days ran out of coffee and took a long time to refill it, we went across the street to get coffees instead. Food also ran out after 9am and was slow to being refilled as well. Pull out in king suite not comfortable, our young kids complained and squeezed into our king bedWater bottles were not offered at check in. No sign to ask for complimentary ones, we knew from prev Trips to ask. Pool water too cold

Okay stay but wasn’t nice...

Liked: Decent and clean rooms
Disliked: The eggs served at breakfast had bits ofpork in it. There was no clear indication on the sign that it the eggs had meat. Typically hotels try to keep eggs without meat so that people of all dietary preferences can eat it. Was super disappointed at this lack of basic decorum.
