Nice rooms, clean. Satisfied.

Liked: Gwen was excellent. Her customer service is outstanding. There was a mix up on the charges and she without hesitation fixed the issue. She has recommendations on how to get where we needed to go. Was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Elevators broken. Only one worked. Usually a line to get upstairs. One thing to note is no bars or restaurants around location. Not hotels fault but that was one of the only things we we didn’t like.
