Loved this hotel, was close to the music venue (Merriweather Post Pavilion). Will stay again and I have recommended the hotel to my friends for next year.

Management is working to fix my overcharge rate. Room was neat, well lit and beds were comfortable.

Disliked: Room was not ready on arrival and was overcharged.

Liked: Nice bed. Was comfortable
Disliked: The staff at the front desk. They could not get my payment right and I had to call booking.com to complain. I was made to stay out of my room.for over 1hr. Alina, the assistant General manager is terrible.

Disliked: Room was very small. Claustrophobic!!!!! We had just come from a Hampton Inn in Huntersville, N.C. where we were in a huge room! I was expecting the same here, but the room was so tiny and the air conditioning was extremely noisy! Very disappointing!
