Overall Great Stay

Liked: Majority of the staff was phenomenal. The young lady that checked us in physically showed us 2 different rooms to make sure we were fully accommodated while we were there for my Grandmother's funeral.
Disliked: The man that answered the phone prior to our arrival could've had a little more etiquette. He was also present during the middle shift and morning shift during our stay. He could've been more accommodating when I asked for a water being as though I've been a Hilton Honors member for many years.

Disliked: Not enough handicap parking. No handicap rooms. Breakfast was bad. Couldn't eat the eggs and sausage. The juice was apple and a berry. On the second day, the juice was syrup only. Probally not turned on. No decaf coffee.
