Pricing issue overall good

Liked: The beds were comfortable and most of the staff are very nice and accommodating. A very nice man working the desk after our first night took care of our pricing issue and gave us a discount for the inconvenience.
Disliked: When we booked we set it up on booking saying that we would pay when we got there rather than paying through booking itself. When we were on our way the lady working the front desk that day called asking if we needed the handicap room and if not she could transfer our stay to a regular king room. We let her know we did not need it and that's just what was available and we were perfectly fine with her changing our room since someone else might need it. When we arrived she told us the amount which was $186 more than our booking price. I asked her about it and she stated that there was a $25 accident fee for each night. Which still didn't add up since we were only staying 3 nights. I put it to rest since we got there late and spoke to someone else in the morning.

Liked: Location was convenient for our trip.
Disliked: There was mold in the bathtub and dead bugs in the light fixtures. And we were charged extra money after checkout. Reserved and paid for a King size bed and got two queens and the check in person never told us about the downgrade. Found out when we got to our room. 😑
