Disliked: The whole ordeal was horrible, so i didn’t noticed the property. The desk person was useless. It was 12:30 at night & she was horrible too.

Disliked: Upon entering, you saw the staff's expressions change on the faces. When I questioned the one lady helping me about charging card in the early morning before I arrive, the other lady rudely told the person she was on the phone with she had to go (like 3x). Guess she thought I was going to be mean. I just wanted clarification because when I booked on Booking.com, it states that I will pay at the property not before I arrive. This irritated me very much. I really just want people to be genuine when speaking with me, not happy to see because that's part of their job. That speaks volumes! People can read through all of that.
