Exceptional
Liked: The facilities were clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering us a bigger room for our stay at no extra cost. The breakfast was excellent as well. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Disliked: There was nothing that I would complain about.

Good place to stay when...
Liked: Very satisfied with the staff and location of the property. We were in town for a University of Iowa Men's basketball game and the property was just over a mile from the arena, very convenient. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with and the breakfast was a nice addition to our stay, left no need to leave the property in the morning.
Disliked: Hot tub wasn't working while we were there and the batteries in our room door needed to be replaced while we were there as well. Staff was very courteous and helpful with these, but needless to say, we were a little disappointed the whirlpool wasn't available.

It was an enjoyable stay...
Liked: I’ve stayed at particular Hampton Inn a couple of times and it’s always been a good experience. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. And best of all the price was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: I really cannot say anything negative about my stay.

Good value hotel with nice...
Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms. Pretty modern. Had a nice breakfast area for my coworker and myself to get some take out and eat dinner at the hotel and not be in our rooms. I’m not 100% sure if you’re supposed to do that but the front desk girl never said anything to us.
Disliked: Didn’t really have any issues worth mentioning.

Not well. Bed and pillows...
Liked: Location
Disliked: They indicated that the Booking.com payment was declined upon check in. However, when I spoke to Booking.com, they called the property and they were told my pay was successful. The clerk behind the front desk was not very knowledgeable, so we had to pay again with a higher rate than what I booked with Booking.com. They didn’t want to honor the price I had already paid for. I’m seeking to get refunded for this transaction from booking.com and calling the property to understand why my reservation was not accepted even though I had my receipt and confirmation through booking.com

Liked: The Front Desk staff were WONDERFUL! I had an emergency due to weather issues and they were SO COMPASSIONATE and helpful.
Disliked: The walls were dirty in spots. The pillows weren't the most comfy.
