Disliked: Person in charge of breakfast was sarcastic, talked down to me, etc about waffle machine. She said "duh" as she walked away from me. I called her on it, then denied everything, but then apologized

Liked: The staff was fantastic! Very friendly!
Disliked: The room was RIGHT near I-75 and was kind loud. I really disliked the fact that we could not check-in early due to the fact that we had booked with booking.com instead of directly with the hotel. That was frustrating. It will make me rethink using booking.com in the future. Also, booking.com online chat help never responded to my inquiries.

I would not stay there...

Liked: I like the continental breakfast and the staff was nice
Disliked: The beds, pillows & linens were very uncomfortable. Tossed and turned felt like they haven't been redone since the early 2000s. Very disappointed, bad night, sleep for myself and wife.
