Liked: Close to airport. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Got in after midnight. Courtesy shuttle missing in action. Had to pay for taxi. Overall , just ok. Would have expected to pay less.

Acceptable for just one night

Liked: I booked just one night to be closer to the airport in our last day in Phoenix at a reasonable cost. Seemed clean and it was a convenient place to crash for just one night.
Disliked: We arrived at night and the surroundings felt sketchy. Men were wandering around the parking and yelling and we did not feel safe. This did not give us a good first impression. Then, once we got our room, the AC was not cooling and I requested a room change. When we were about to leave the room for the new one, another guest arrived because he was assigned the same room we had. How could they assign him the same room I had explained minutes ago that the AC was not working well?! So he had to go back down and request another room. Then when we got to the new room, the AC was working well and we were able to sleep well for a couple of hours. The rooms and bathrooms need a renovation. If not, the cost per night could be lower. They need more luggage carts (there was just 1).
