Liked: Hotel was conveniently located at beach
Disliked: The first room was very moldy smelling . The bathroom was dirty and had chips in tub. Breakfast wasn’t the best no real breakfast just waffles and oatmeal. Hotel front desk agent would help with switching room out had to wait for shift change to be placed into new room. They had throw up in hall and 2 huge fans in hallway .

Disliked: My husband left his pricey sun glasses in lobby and asked to check cameras, staff told him had to wait for a manager, they never did check cameras to see about his glasses and there was 2 other staff members sitting in lobby when he left glasses. He asked them and they were very vague with answer and brushed him off.

Very arrogant business and unprofessional

Liked: Property had a power cut. Staff were rude when responding to inquiries. Management never came to address guests. They was no apology. Property did not even reach out on email to apologize for inconvenience. No refund was done
Disliked: I hated everything about that experience. I was late for work after traveling from far
