Could have been much better

Liked: Local area was nice. Lots of meal choices.
Disliked: Both TVs didn't work. Asked for no room service yet they did it and then walked in while we were sleeping. Ants in the rooms. Keys failed multiple times.

Short and sweet

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised that it was nice
Disliked: They offered premium tv channels in my suite but none of them worked. Only basic channels. We needed extra blankets and pillows and they made us come and get them. Maybe that’s the new norm.
