Liked: The suite had a kitchen and was close to American Dream. Room was clean and smelled ok at arrival.
Disliked: Only 1 person at desk who was not always there. The were weird odors in the hotel. Kitchen items not already in kitchen, have to request them at front desk which is inconvenient. There was a loud vibration situation happening a few times at night, both nights. Not sure what that was, maybe the heating system but was very unpleasant. A family member also stayed and her room was not clean at all.

Liked: I can only say the elevator was fast and easy.
Disliked: The room smelled of something nasty. The bathroom had a bug and the hot water only stayed on for less then 3 minutes in the shower. A guest a the service desk asked for someone to come sweep her room.She was told “no maid service available now” She then said she has a dog and it shed all over the floor and she wanted to get rid of the dog hair. She asked if she could borrow a broom. The attendant said “sorry no we cannot lend out the broom” The guys said “I will bring it right back” Service person said “sorry no”. The guest asked if she could have maid service asap she was told “sorry but maid service for your room is every two weeks. We will see what we can do”. WHAT A NASTY DIRTY PLACE in my opinion!!! ALSO the free breakfast was oatmeal, mini muffins and mini breakfast bars set up in the lobby. The coffee was cold but could be heated in the room with microwave.

Liked: When you go inside the room you put the AC on the AC is hot. The one wasn't cold at all. The staff was nasty. Breakfast was horrible. No breakfast in the hotel. It was horrible. Horrible experience. Never go back again
Disliked: When I went into the room AC you put it on. It's not even cold. The room stays hot. They couldn't give us no extra pillows when we ask for them. Stop with horrible breakfast is horrible. Never will go back again. The place is horrible
