Pros: I arrived at 10:30pm, went to bed, got up at 7:30... and left.What I saw of the place seemed fine.Staff was pleasant.
Cons: The "breakfast" that was touted in ads turned out to be a small desk with packets of oatmeal, a few scrawny apples, granola bars and something I couldn't identify. Was glad I had a breakfast to go to elsewhere.

Pros: The staff was friendly & professional. The room was neat & clean. Loved the kitchenette with full size fridge & more cabinets than my own kitchen lolz. HUGE tub ++ & the bed was very comfortable. Didn't care for the dust and hairs had to clean from both.
Cons: If you need a place to get work done or need get away from it all...THIS IS YOUR PLACE! There is absolutely NOTHING (food, bar, store, transport) around this place. They had 3 menus you get delivery from. Also I had to clean foreign hairs from the bed

We had no hand towels in one room. Another room had the hand towel with a used bar of soap in it on the sink.. There was construction right outside our room that started early in the morning. Overall a horrible experience.

Cons: We were put on the smoking floor without out knowing.. The room stunk. We switched rooms and went to leave, we always check our door to make sure it locked.. The door swung right open. Had we not checked, anything could have been stolen.

Outdated and need refreshing, one fawcet not working. Bedding old and cheap. Not confortable. The grab and go breakfast is not even worth it unless you enjoy an instant coffee and a snack bar.

Cons: I was at the lounge for the morning breakfast but found out there was no coffee in the jar. I reminded one of the staff to refill it and when I came back from the restroom, the whole breakfast setting was gone.
