Great value and comfort with...

Liked: Excellent food, ate at both the restaurant for dinner and included breakfast buffet. Made to order omelets and French toast were divine. Lots of quick options also. Our kids loved it.
Disliked: Needed more pillows for pull out couch bed but hotel was out. Otherwise exceeded all expectations.

good option for a short...

Liked: The properly is fairly centrally located in Anchorage, close to the airport and central downtown business area. Large suites make it a good option for those needing two different sleeping areas. The onsite bar and restaurant are a nice option if arriving late or departing early. Check in was easy and very quick. The property, while a bit tired, was kept very clean.
Disliked: I have stayed in more modern versions of this hotel chain. The budling is more akin to an older Day's Inn than the Embassy Suites I have stayed at in other cities. The rooms are a bit dated (but clean and well kept). The sofa bed had an extremely thin mattress, ok for you kids but i think anyone over 12 would be very uncomfortable sleeping on a mattress like that. The area around the property is a bit of a more business/industrial district. The location worked great for our purpose, but would not be my first choice for a longer stay or vacation.

My first night I need...

Disliked: I would like a discount for my room for my stay on Friday night. The alarm went off and woke me up from my sleep and it really scared me. I would like to add more the lady in. The kitchen greeting people is very rude

TOO expensive for two sleepless...

Liked: The front desk was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was GREAT!
Disliked: The USB charging ports didn't work. My refrigerator was OFF when I arrived. The alarm clock by the bed had the wrong time and I couldn't change it. LOTS of kids running, talking, laughing outside my door and in the hall VERY late at night, which made for sleepless nights. Being awakened by the fire alarm and having to dress and go out in the COLD at 1:30 AM. (I realize that wasn't your fault.)
