My stay was okay not...

Liked: How close it is to my house and the food.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I couldn’t upgrade to a suite even with me willing to pay more.

Exceptional

Liked: The Kickback was a great touch to have, drinks and food was good.
Disliked: Felt creepy in the room.

Liked: Majority of the staff was courteous.
Disliked: Our 1st night there we ordered pizza & it took almost 15-20 minutes to go down stairs from the 4th floor to pick it up because only one elevator was working @ the time.. So regardless to say of course the pizza was cold by then

decent for a quick stop...

Liked: The location was great if you have a late arrival or early departure. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and check in was easy. Parking was easy as well.
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken so there was always a line of people waiting. The breakfast was not great. The common spaces smelled like cannabis, and the noise from the road was VERY loud. I wore earplugs and could still hear the road.

Convenient, cheap with weird food...

Liked: On airport complex with shuttle to both terminals
Disliked: Bizarre evening food arrangement of 17:30 to 19:00 fixed buffet thing with 3 drinks included. Meat was pork or hot dog. Ended up with macaroni cheese, more cheese, coleslaw, a burger bun and tomatoes. Didn’t try the breakfast after that experience. Maybe it’s the chain’s concept but it took me by surprise.
