Liked: very fancy , clean , close to the beach , perfect location , free beach chairs and towels on the beach

A lot of things gone...

Liked: The staff was very friendly, the location of the hotel is in the middle of south beach and near the ocean, the restaurant naked taco in the hotel is very good, the rooms have in general everything you need altough the conditions could be better
Disliked: Entry to the hotel room is through a restaurant, they have a very poor crisis management (the table glass in our room exploded due to the music/bass on the rooftop) alternative room was a downgrade between restaurant and rooftopparty (sleep not an option) elevator was constantly occupied by party people or did not work at all the last two days (our room was next to the stairs) were promised a refund for the inconveniences, when checking out had a very uncomfortable discussion with assistant manager because refund was not on the invoice. He did not offer to call the manager or listen at all, simply dismissed us. We had to call the manager after checking out. Got the refund 5 days later. Expected more service orientation for a member hotel of the Hyatt group.

The hotel is very nice....

Liked: Location was convenient. We left the car parked and walked to a lot of places. Concierge was very nice. Huge shower. Complementary glass of champagne was cute!
Disliked: No microwave in room, no sofa, room was small, some rust in pool.
