Very nice hotel, but under staffed.

Liked: Beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Checked in at 4:30 and room was still not available.

Liked: I was a attendee at the Rochester Tattooo convention held on premises. Staff was amazing. Hotel is beautiful and very clean so happy they were so kind to us. Thank you so much. Hope to see you next year.
Disliked: Nothing two dumbs up

Liked: Very nice staff, nice amenities, nice layout of room.
Disliked: The shower had not been cleaned and there was what looked like coffee grounds in the tub as well as a dead bug.

Liked: Room was beautiful and clean as well as the hotel itself.
Disliked: You can hear noises outside of your room so it does disrupt your sleep if you're trying to sleep in.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful inside and large.
Disliked: We received the wrong room we reserved and they wouldnt switch it, the man we spoke to at front desk was rude and arrogant. Beds and pillows were beyond uncomfortable. At checkout, we were over charged.

Liked: Comfortable beds and pillows plus the restaurants great delicious Hamburgers and the rest of the meals.

Liked: The room was roomy and conformable. There restaurant had delicious food dinner and breakfast.

Liked: The bed was GREAT...we got great sleep!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast, and the coffee was only available in the morning..

Poor

Liked: Breakfast menu was good!
Disliked: Conveniences in toilet was not enough, e.g. cotton. Shampoo and rinse were not properly positioned. Most of all, 5 days after checking out, the security deposit has still not been returned yet. This is a serious problem in processing the bill.
