Disliked: The restaurant staff is very rude and the service is really bad at the restaurant. I would never go back and stay there for the price you pay and what you would expect out of double tree standards.The room was clean but the bath towels were all worn out.

Liked: I was having a really crumby trip until I got to the hotel. In the middle of the night the front desk rep was kind and welcoming. Now the morning Front Desk Clerk Juan was the embodiment of customer service. At 8am in the morning I was greeted with out of this world Charisma and willingness to assist. I was never supposed to be in charlotte had a horrible time u til I came across these two employees who treated me above and beyond when no one was looking. Mind you I walked in looking homeless and was still given star treatment! And I got a warm cookie! I didn’t even no that was a thing! Great job guys. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Gricelia
