Disliked: Only complaint would be the water pressure.

Excellent Executive Suite with a...

Liked: We periodically come to this hotel for a relaxing night away from a large chaotic family, but this was the first time we upgraded to an executive suite…didn’t know they had them, wouldn’t stay here again unless in an executive suite.
Disliked: It’s close to the highway so a little noisy. We’ve stayed here several times now so familiar with check out time. We always leave promptly at specified check out time, but for unknown reasons 2 mins before check out, a man pounded loudly on the door inquiring if we were leaving. We informed him we were just grabbing our bags and he left. We stepped into the hall which was emptying, not even maid carts out yet. That is a frankly unacceptable way to leave. I could see if we were past check out time but BEFORE?! No!

Good room size - amenities...

Liked: The room size was very large, great space for multiple people.
Disliked: The curtains in the room were too short. You couldn't block out the street lights outside. The breakfast was small and honestly not worth paying extra for.

Liked: Score would have been higher without the following negatives.
Disliked: 1- room phone was dead. 2- Contrary to what was in the hotel's web page the breakfasts were NOT free. Minor point but irritating. 3- the non-slip finish in the tub/shower in more like a slip and slide. Experience was not what I expected from Double Tree.
