Disliked: When checking in, instead of 357 dollars, the card charged 440 dollars for two days. The windows in the room do not open. Very small room for the money.

Disliked: No room service all week. Kitchen staff was very disrespectful. No iron in my room. My room was cold. Only 1 elevator was working. The roof of the building was falling outside

Liked: Rooms and hallways are extremely dated however they were clean. No housekeeping service unless requested which for me was fine.

Disliked: Had temp set at 60 and was still very hot in room. Its showed about 72 and wouldnt cool down

Disliked: My room was extrememly hot, and uncomfortable to sleep in. I asked for the air to be turned on and they could not help me. The whole building was extremely hot. I know of 2-3 others that stayed there at same time and had same complaint.

Liked: Fresh baked cookies
Disliked: The rooms were extremely old and outdated . When I booked , online said check out was at 12, but on my key card checkout said 11. I was calling the front desk ( from an extremely old phone ), and the front desk kept just picking up the phone and sitting it down. I could hear them in the background talking , and never came back to the phones .

Liked: The property is beautiful and impeccably clean and orderly. Room was perfect. Many comfortable work stations. We had dinner and cocktails at 1909 Lounge. Food and staff were superior. A definite win in every aspect of our trip.
