Liked: location was convenient, walking distance to METRO and surrounded by little restaurants; the room had a little alcove that separated the bathroom from the rest of the room-- great for a late-night online meeting and the building design makes the room feel like a corner room even though it's in the middle of the building.

Aside from the elevators and...

Liked: The view and location and the lobby was decorated for the cherry blossom festival.
Disliked: The only real problems are the price of parking at the hotel the limited space and the elevators not always being in service which causes longer wait times.

Make sure you ask for...

Liked: It was clean and looked maintained
Disliked: The person that checked us in didnt give us our complimentary breakfast so we had to pay for it the first day. Also a discount in the parking tickets was offered to us due to this inconvenience and they didnt. We found out after we left when they sent the receipt via email.

Liked: Nice swanky place.
Disliked: I booked a premium king suite with sofa bed. First off it definitely was not a suite. I had no sofabed . No extra space really and a cheesy shower curtain for kids . I complained about the shower and they gave me a wheel chair accessible room
