Disliked: There was a hockey tournament, and there were kids running through the hallways all evening (staff did step in and no further issues)

Disliked: The rooms I booked were not available, the sofa bed had no bedding. We asked for bedding, was asked if we had checked the sofa and the room, we had. Was told house keeping would deliver bedding. My 48 year old daughter had to sleep on a mattress with a pillow off of our bed and the bed cover. She rolled up in it to keep from laying on the mattress. This was room 255. I was told by the desk clerk that Booking .Com booked me two suites and there is only one in the hotel, yet the room they gave us was identical to 251. So was neither a suite or both were a suite? We are not sure. The pool is a little to cold for me. The continental breakfast was good. I haven’t had a chance to check the bill to see if I was charged more than was agreed upon when I booked. Will get back to you if it is different
