Disliked: Booked for 3 people with only a queen bed?!? How do you fit 3 people in a queen bed? This advertising information is inaccurate and deceiving. So we had to sleep sideways since the first night we had trouble sleeping. If you have an odd number, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Liked: Location of the room to the side exit door.
Disliked: We could never use the side door exit by our room due to our key card not working. We brought it back to the desk clerk to re activate, but it did not resolve the problem

Disliked: The fact that it’s been almost a month and zero return of my deposit

Liked: I liked nothing about this hotel.
Disliked: Made an emergency trip for a family member in the ER, booked a room & didn't arrive until after midnight. They cancelled our room and tried to charge us another day's rental + $--to check in and refused to give a refund, stranding us in a snow storm.

Liked: I like where it was located not. close to any other hotels. the areab had restraints and convenient store close by. Their staff was extremely helpful. They offer free breakfastin the morning.
Disliked: No

Liked: Its fairly old but was in good condition. The room was small but had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Always concerned about noise because I am a light sleeper, but didnt have any issues there, so that was a positive.
Disliked: Encountered 2 staff members during our 2 day stay. Neither had any customer service skills.
