Overall the motel was very well upkept. We enjoyed the room we stayed in.

Liked: Customer service was excellent, especially the lady attending and catering to the guests at the continental breakfast.

Disliked: The facility was dark and people were hanging out in the parking lot, in cars, under the stair wells and on the stairs. By looking at the cars in the parking lot they weren't travelling. People riding bikes in and out like they were in their own front yard driveway. Broken down RV by the dumpsters which were wide open to the view because the doors had been torn apart. The back fence was torn open to the empty land between the facility and the freeway. We did not get out of our vehicle as there was no one in the office and we did NOT feel safe. Shady looking deals going on between people in the parking lot. Took pictures the following morning as we left our room near by. This was the WORST and most frustrating experience I have ever had while travelling.I would like to be refunded the money we paid to stay bit didn't.

Liked: I just needed a place to wait for an early flight. I had together to the airport before your front doors were open in the morning. There was no shuttle at that time so I had to get a cab and wait out in the cold since no one answered the bell😒😏🥶
Disliked: It’s okay just bad planning with locked lobby door and no early shuttle options.
